Erika developed the new Group positioning, created the brand Nexi and she manages all marketing communication activities for Nexi, also supporting the Distribution Partner Banks in their communication initiatives related to digital payments.
In the past, Erika covered different roles within UniCredit Group, at first as Head of Marketing Communication for the Italian Retail Bank, then at international level in the Private Banking and in the Wealth Management segments, and she has been Group Head of Customer Insight.
Before joining UniCredit, she had the responsibility of Marketing Communication for companies in different sectors from sport-watches to home electronics and web services.
Erika lives in Milan and is the mum of two beautiful kids.
